In 2003, the Group developed commercial investment business and commercial operation and cooperated with Australian S.T.D Commercial Investment Group in accordance with the national strategy “rising of central China”. The Group is mainly engaged in investing the complex of second- and third-tier cities and developing urban commercial plazas and commercial shopping centers with the major manifestation form living ＞ shopping. The Group will introduce the business layout of Australian shopping center and then make it more consistent with the actual conditions of China to demonstrate its unique charms of fastness, fashion, living and taste. The investment of the Group is based on Guangdong, Guangxi, Hunan, Jiangxi and Hubei in the south of central China and targeted on Jiangsu, Shandong, Anhui and Henan.
